Job summary

Ace Electric seeks a fabrication drafter to create detailed prefabrication drawings for electrical projects in Valdosta, GA. You will develop underground duct banks, room layouts, IT/data spaces, and related fabrication details from sketches and contract documents.

Responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, collecting site data, and producing precise drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. Occasional travel to remote sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical Electrical Degree preferred/Apprentice program graduate acceptable.
• Four years of related trade experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Project Managers and site leadership to determine prefabrication scope.
• Assembles data to complete fabrication drawings from site visits and documents.
• Reads, interprets, and modifies electrical designs for fabrication.
• Creates clear fabrication drawings from sketches, contract docs, and bid specs.
• Works with Revit and Evolve plugins; uses Navisworks for BIM reviews.
• Performs project estimates in Accubid Anywhere.
• Travels to job sites to assist installation as needed.
