Job summary

TBC is seeking an experienced BIM Designer/Modeler to support a critical 3D modeling and coordination phase for a large industrial facility in Bastrop, Texas.

This contract-to-hire role features hybrid remote work—onsite 4 to 5 days per week—and requires hands-on Revit MEP and AutoCAD modeling, with emphasis on electrical BIM, cable tray, conduit, and 3D coordination, including clash detection and field condition updates.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Revit MEP experience.
• Electrical BIM/modeling experience.
• Experience with industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, or other complex facilities.
• Knowledge of cable tray, conduit, electrical equipment, and 3D MEP coordination.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven modeling environment.
