Job summary

Electric Supply & Equipment seeks a Design Technician to translate engineering intent into manufacturable layouts and generate manufacturing files. You will maintain documentation and support BOM creation under engineer direction.

Apply redlines in EPLAN, AutoCAD, or similar software, design terminal block labels, and assist with internal testing and documentation processes. This role requires strong attention to detail and teamwork with engineering, production, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and meticulous documentation practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to follow structured design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Apply redlines and updates from customers, design engineers, or quality teams in EPLAN, AutoCAD, or other design software.
• Design and produce terminal block labels, phenolic tags, and other panel identification markers.
• Generate and manage manufacturing files for production use.
• Assist with internal testing activities as required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, revision histories, and drawing packages.
• Support the creation and maintenance of Bills of Material (BOM) under engineer direction.
• Assist Sales, Engineering, and Quality teams by reviewing engineering documentation.
