Job summary

SitelogIQ is seeking an Electrical Design Engineering Manager in Denver to lead a team of electrical engineers and designers, ensuring high-quality infrastructure design across multi-site portfolios.

The role requires active PE licensure, strong leadership and mentoring skills, and experience with EV charging, solar, energy storage, and power distribution upgrades. Travel and client engagement are part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited program.
• Active Professional Engineer license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, ability to obtain others via comity.
• Typically 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience, including design review and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers and designers, building technical judgment and professional capabilities.
• Review engineering work, provide actionable feedback, and set expectations for quality and growth.
• Sign and seal engineering documents when serving as Engineer of Record.
• Oversee projects involving EV charging, solar, energy storage, standby generation, and related controls.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage delivery for multi-site portfolios.
