Job summary

SJE Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking a Design Engineer to support the Altronex brand. You will design large engineered panels using AutoCAD Electrical, review specifications, and create bills of materials and documentation for manufacturing of control panels for water and wastewater applications.

You will collaborate with Operations Coordinators, Sales, and external customers to gather required information. A 4-year Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent with 1–2 years experience, or a 2-year

Qualifications

Experience with UL508/698A standards and applications.
A 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience or a 2-year degree with 3-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Design large engineered panels using AutoCAD Electrical.
Review and interpret specifications to build products for water and wastewater applications; create BOMs and documentation for manufacturing of control panels.
Collaborate with Operations Coordinators, Sales and external customers to ensure information is complete.
