Job summary

McKim & Creed seeks an Electrical Engineering Designer to join our Building, Energy and Infrastructure (BEI) Group in Wilmington. You will provide electrical design and construction drawings for power, lighting, fire alarm, and telecom systems within a multi-disciplinary project team.

The role requires 5+ years of AutoCAD or Autodesk Revit design, a ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree, and strong technical and communication skills.

• ABET-accredited electrical engineering degree required.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Methodical, precise and consistent, with adaptability to change.
• Able to work independently and in project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical design services for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and telecom systems as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver design tasks within budget and schedule in collaboration with Project Manager and senior engineers.
