Qualifications

  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering required.
  • 4+ years electrical engineering experience.
  • Experience with electrical design, modeling and documentation.
  • Familiarity with power conversion theory and high‑power electrical systems.
  • Experience with CFD/CFX for electronics cooling and thermal management.
  • Ability to identify and execute design improvements for cost, quality and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cost savings, margin improvement, and design enhancements across electrical systems and product lines.
  • Perform electrical design, modeling, and analysis for new products and existing electrical assemblies.
  • Apply power conversion theory to optimize system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Design and analyze power‑electronics systems including IGBT‑based topologies and high‑frequency switching.
  • Develop and optimize high‑frequency busbar designs with skin‑effect considerations.
