Electrical Design Engineer - Power Electronics & Thermal Systems | Wisconsin
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team in Wisconsin as an Electrical Design Engineer - Power Electronics & Thermal Systems. You will be part of a group of engineers dedicated to high-quality work, value-add solutions, skill development, and career growth. This role follows a hybrid schedule and requires travel to Faribault, MN as needed. Candidates must reside within a 4–5 hour driving distance or near a major airport such as Green Bay or Milwaukee.

As an Electrical Design Engineer - Power Electronics & Thermal Systems, you will:
Engineer I: $40.45–$46.52/hour
Engineer II: $44.14–$50.76/hour
Engineer III: $47.83–$55.00/hour
Senior Engineer: $51.51–$59.24/hour
Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations. Paid overtime may be available.
