Jobot is seeking an experienced electrical design engineer to develop power and lighting systems from concept through construction for diverse building projects in Florida. You will collaborate with architecture and mechanical teams, lead design efforts, and mentor junior staff to ensure compliant, high-quality solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
• EIT or PE license is required or in process.
• 6–8+ years of engineering consulting experience on MEP projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with complex building projects and applicable codes.

Develop electrical designs for building power and lighting systems from concept through construction, including calculations, layouts, reports, and narratives. Coordinate designs with architecture, mechanical, and other disciplines, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements:

Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering, an EIT or PE license, and 6–8 or more years of engineering consulting experience designing and managing MEP projects. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, experience with complex building projects and applicable codes, and strong communication and leadership skills are sought; LEED accreditation and sustainable design experience are preferred but not required.
