Job summary

Jobot is seeking a qualified electrical engineer to design building electrical systems in Sidney, NE. You will design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm and communications systems, and prepare calculations and construction documents.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, at least six years of design experience, and an EIT license; U.S. citizenship is required. PE and/or RCDD, as well as proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least six years of relevant consulting or A/E design experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• EIT license is required; PE license and/or RCDD certification are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and codes; ability to manage multiple projects.

Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary project teams, review submittals and shop drawings, and ensure deliverables meet project requirements, codes, and design intent.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or electrically focused Architectural Engineering, at least six years of relevant consulting or A/E design experience, and an EIT license are required, along with U.S. citizenship. Candidates should have strong knowledge of building electrical systems and codes, communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects; a PE license, RCDD certification, and Revit MEP and AutoCAD proficiency are preferred.
