Job summary

Flowtec Group is seeking two Electrical Design Engineers for our Boston and Burlington offices. You will design electrical systems for building projects, carry drawings and calculations from concept through construction documents, and coordinate with MEP teams and clients.

PE license is not required; hands-on design experience in New England with knowledge of Massachusetts codes and strong Revit/AutoCAD skills are valued. You may be based in either office on projects across the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Several years of electrical design experience in building services.
• MEP consultancy background strongly preferred.
• Experience working in New England, with knowledge of Massachusetts codes.
• Confident with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Able to work in either the Boston or the Burlington office.

Job description

Our client is an established multi-office engineering consultancy delivering building services design across the Northeast and beyond. They are adding two Electrical Design Engineers, one to their Boston office and one to their Burlington office.

THE ROLE

You would join a design team producing electrical systems for building projects, taking drawings and calculations from concept through to construction documents. A PE licence is not required. What matters is solid, hands on electrical design experience, ideally gained in New England and ideally within an MEP consultancy.
