Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Electrical Design Coordinator in Minnesota to manage project documentation, drawings, and design deliverables across Procore, SharePoint, and Bluebeam.

The role supports engineering and project teams by maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating submittals and procurement, and assisting with BOMs, conduit schedules, and tagging. This hands‑on position expects organized candidates comfortable with technical drawings and construction

Qualifications

• Experience using Procore, SharePoint, and Bluebeam (or similar construction/document control platforms).
• Strong document control and file organization skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical, network, or controls design concepts.
• Comfortable working with technical drawings and equipment schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and version control.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across projects.

Responsibilities

• Project Platforms & Document Control: manage Procore for project documentation, versioning, submittals, and drawings.
• SharePoint structuring and drawing organization; maintain Bluebeam revisions.
• Develop and maintain BOMs (wire, network, conduit, lighting, etc.).
• Assist with drawing production and tagging for motors, instruments, lighting, power, network, and Hazmon.
