Job summary

Knobelsdorff Enterprises in Minnesota seeks an Electrical Design Coordinator to manage project documentation across Procore, SharePoint, and Bluebeam. You will support engineering and project teams by maintaining BOMs, conduit schedules, and drawing tagging, ensuring accurate submittals and procurement support.

This hands-on role requires organization, attention to detail, and comfort with construction software, helping keep projects on track from IFC to IFR stages.

Qualifications

• Experience using Procore, SharePoint, and Bluebeam (or similar construction/document control platforms).
• Strong document control and file organization skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical, network, or controls design concepts.
• Comfortable working with technical drawings and equipment schedules.
• Clear communication skills for working with engineers, vendors, and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage Procore for all project documentation, including document control and versioning.
• Manage SharePoint for document organization and structured storage.
• Maintain drawing organization and revisions in Bluebeam.
• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) including wire, network, conduit, and lighting.
• Assist with drawing production and tagging for motors, instruments, lighting, power, network, and Hazmon.
