Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Strong NEC/code knowledge and safety practices.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop electricians and apprentices, including recruiting and coaching.
• Oversee service, repair, replacement, and installation projects.
• Ensure NEC compliance and safety in all work.
• Set departmental goals, budgets, and growth plans.
• Monitor KPIs, labor productivity, revenue, and margin.
• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and customer service for seamless operations.
• Support estimating and proposals for larger projects.
