You will set goals, budgets, staffing, supervise field work, and partner with sales and customer service to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Valid electrical license and strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Proven success leading and developing electrical teams.
• Strong NEC knowledge and code compliance.
• Valid electrical license (Journeyman or Master) per state/local regulations.
• Business acumen with budgeting, profitability, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to schedule, plan workforce, and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team of electricians and apprentices.
• Establish a culture of safety, professionalism, and customer service.
• Oversee daily electrical operations including service, repair, and installation.
• Ensure NEC and local code compliance; conduct field inspections.
• Provide technical guidance for complex electrical diagnostics.
• Partner with leadership on budgets, goals, and growth strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, labor productivity, revenue, and gross margin.
• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and customer service for smooth operations.
• Support estimating, job scoping, and proposals for larger projects.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and profitability.
