Job summary

UE Manufacturing in Oklahoma City seeks an Electrical Foreman to supervise the Electrical Department responsible for maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

You will coordinate scheduling, BOM work, and cross-department liaison, ensure safety, document control, and support process development for electrical assembly in sub and final stages within a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; combined education/experience acceptable.
• Minimum 3 years experience with electrical controls and instrumentation.
• Lead/supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Electrical Department maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Provide production support pertaining to electrical controls and instrumentation.
• Schedule Electrical Department staff and resources.
• Oversee the structuring of bills of materials (BOM) for all products.
• Liaise between Production, Electrical, Lead Technicians, Materials, and Engineering.
• Provide document control and revision/breakpoint control.
• Develop processes for electrical assembly in sub and final stages; create department standards.
