Job summary

UE Manufacturing is seeking a Field Service Power Generation Supervisor to lead a team of field technicians responsible for installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing power generation equipment at customer locations in Oklahoma City, OK.

You will oversee safety, training, scheduling, and service quality while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across field operations and projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a technical degree, military training, or trade certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field service technicians in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of power generation equipment at customer sites.
• Monitor technician performance, productivity and quality standards; provide technical guidance and mentoring on complex diagnostics and repairs.
• Ensure safety, accountability, teamwork and customer service; manage labor utilization, overtime and scheduling.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise installation, startup, maintenance and repair activities; ensure proper tools, parts and documentation are available.
• Review service reports, timecards and expenses; monitor project costs to support profitability.
• Coordinate parts availability and vendor support with internal teams; forecast manpower requirements and workload.
