Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of electrical design experience with data center work.
• Licensed Professional Engineer required.
• Experience designing redundant power systems for tiered facilities.
• Strong knowledge of medium voltage distribution up to 35 kV.
• Familiarity with protection/relaying schemes and studies.
• Leadership experience of engineering teams.
• Working knowledge of Revit and BIM.
• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
• LEED accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design on large data center projects from planning through construction.
• Set technical direction for electrical design and sign as engineer of record.
• Mentor and grow the department's engineers and designers.
• Review drawings, Revit models, and calculations before issue.
• Collaborate with owners and other discipline engineers to integrate power systems.
