Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical seeks a full-time Project Controls Scheduler for Data Center projects in Lithia Springs, GA. The role leads scheduling, develops detailed schedules with teams, and tracks design, procurement and construction timelines.

Candidate should have 3+ years of electrical construction scheduling experience, proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6, plus strong communication and analytical skills. HS Diploma/GED required; Data Center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of electrical (industrial or commercial) construction scheduling and project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6 with strong scheduling skills.
• Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling for electrical data center projects and produce status reports.
• Develop detailed project schedules with teams and trade partners.
• input and monitor design, procurement and construction schedules.
• review schedule updates and analyze financial impact of changes.
