IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to lead electrical data center project scheduling in Chester, VA.

You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, coordinate with design, procurement and construction teams, and provide regular status updates and forecasts on-site. The role requires 3 years of electrical construction scheduling experience and proficiency in MS Project and P6, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of electrical (industrial or commercial) construction scheduling and project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Project and P6.
• HS Diploma/GED.
• Ability to produce detailed schedules, resource and cost loading.
• Thorough knowledge of construction disciplines.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Electrical field experience not required but preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
• Must pass pre-employment background and MVR checks when applicable.

Responsabilités

• Works as the Scheduling Lead on electrical data center projects, performing scheduling and reporting.
• Analyzes project information and prepares documents to ensure efficient planning and scheduling.
• Develops detailed schedules with the project team and trade partners.
• Responsible for input, analysis, and monitoring of design deliverables, procurement, and construction schedules.
• Oversight of all project scheduling activities and provision of status updates, forecasts and reports.
• Reviews and evaluates schedule updates and changes and produces impact reports to understand financial impact and potential delays.
• Performs work on the Project Site and collaborates with the Project Team and Design Team.
