Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support sales and margin goals with strong technical knowledge.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Provide quotes, pricing, and order information accurately.
• Verify inventory, pricing, and delivery dates in systems.
• Process orders and changes in the business system per SOP.
• Coordinate with accounts, vendors, and internal teams to fulfill orders.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors when appropriate.
• Assist with counter sales and handle difficult callers professionally.
• Manage returns and proof of delivery for direct shipments.
• Communicate order status and issues to management and customers.
