ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Electrical Craft Trainer to develop our craft workforce through classroom, computer-based, and hands-on instruction, combining journeyman-level electrical knowledge with workforce development.

Qualifications

Journeyman-level electrical knowledge with hands-on construction experience.
Ability to explain electrical principles and assess proficiency.
Strong safety mindset with NFPA 70E and OSHA awareness.
Experience delivering classroom and hands-on training.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging classroom, computer-based, and hands-on electrical craft training.
Demonstrate proper installation methods and safe work practices.
Evaluate participant knowledge and provide feedback.
Maintain training records and assessments.
Coordinate trainings with instructors/vendors as needed.
Travel to support training needs.
Partner with project leadership to identify skill gaps.
