Helix Electric Inc. is seeking a Craft Trainer to deliver high-quality craft and safety training for electricians nationwide. The role supports licensing prep, curriculum development, and field coaching, requiring extensive travel and adaptability to diverse job sites.

The ideal candidate holds a journeyman or master electrician license, 10+ years of field experience, and OSHA 30-Hour certification, with NCCER instructor credentials preferred. A strong LMS and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires licensed journeyman or master electrician with strong knowledge of electrical systems, code, and safe work practices.
• Shows ability to design and deliver craft and safety training across classroom and field settings.
• Must be capable of traveling nationwide and coordinating multiple training sessions.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate engaging craft and safety training programs for employees at all levels.
• Assist in design and development of training curriculum.
• Visit job sites nationwide to observe performance and deliver corrective training when necessary.
• Provide test prep, coaching, and mentoring for licensing and certification.
• Manage training equipment, classroom environments, and other resources.
• Track participation, outcomes, and evaluations; generate program reports.
