Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is hiring a Counter Sales Representative to assist customers in person and by phone, enter and review orders, and ensure customer needs are met promptly and professionally.

The role requires knowledge of electrical products, strong sales ability, and the capacity to work with the internal team and warehouse staff to support customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous wholesale electrical distribution product knowledge and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and resolve customer requests in a prompt and professional manner.
• Sell products and services, upsell when beneficial, and suggest alternatives if needed.
• Develop knowledge of Crescent product inventory and sales techniques; stay updated on market trends and new products.
• Back up inside sales and warehouse personnel as needed.
