Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to provide prompt and courteous service, assist customers with purchases and returns, and help maintain showroom and stock. The role supports branch team with receiving, shipping, and stocking, while developing relationships with new and existing customers in electrical distribution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, strong product knowledge, and the ability to operate Windows-based systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales in electrical distribution.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed.
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge.
• Inform manager of any hazard or safety concerns pertaining to safety or customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
