Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in Anchorage, Alaska. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, enter orders, and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and experience in wholesale electrical distribution. You will be responsible for resolving customer requests and selling products while developing knowledge of our inventory and market trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Previous wholesale electrical distribution product knowledge and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and resolve customer requests and/or problems promptly and professionally.
• Sell products and services, offer add‑on and up‑sell products.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Crescent product inventory and sales techniques.
