Rexel USA is seeking a dedicated Counter Sales Representative for our Platt team in Nampa, ID. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers with purchases and returns, and support showroom and counter operations.

Responsibilities include driving electrical distribution sales, stocking, and collaborating with the branch team to receive and ship goods. Prior customer service or sales in an electrical environment is preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred
• High School or GED - Required

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge
• Assist inside sales as needed
• Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
