Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative for the Platt Electric Supply team in Nampa, ID. You will provide prompt, courteous service, assist with purchases, and process orders while supporting showroom and warehouse tasks.

You will build relationships with customers, stay informed on electrical products, and collaborate with the branch team to stock and maintain the showroom. This role offers growth within a leading electrical distribution network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge.
• Assist inside sales as needed.
• Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
