NorthEast Electrical in Amesbury, MA is hiring a full-time Counter Sales Associate to join our team. You will provide exceptional customer service, process orders, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

The role involves taking orders via multiple channels, presenting our online ordering tools, and supporting stock transfers and promotions. Growth opportunities within the Sonepar group are available.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Website navigation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; electrical or construction background helpful.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work well in a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take orders over the phone, in person, and via our Digital Tools.
• Enter stock, special, direct, and back orders as required.
• Demonstrate our online solution for fast ordering.
• Support the Branch Manager with transferring, warehousing, receiving, and shipping of stock.
• Display and stock material in counter/show room; participate in promotions.
• Perform other duties as directed by Manager.
