Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and instrumentation training/experience.
• Ability to read electrical, instrument and machine drawings.
• Able to read/modify PLC programs to troubleshoot equipment problems.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and improve film manufacturing equipment and processing systems.
• Calibrate process control instruments to tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to grow expertise.
• Maintenance of motors, breakers, starters, VFDs and controls.
• Install conduit, wiring, switches, relays, lighting.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Data entry and ISO documentation; use MS Office and maintenance software.
• Collaborate with leaders, planners, engineers, and operations as priorities shift.
