Kodak in Rochester, NY is seeking an Electrical and Controls Mechanic to support our Advanced Materials & Chemicals division. You will repair, maintain, install, and improve film manufacturing equipment and processing systems, including instrumentation, pneumatics, hydraulics, and controls, while ensuring safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, and a 2-year degree or an equivalent level of controls/instrumentation, electrical trade experience.
• Varying schedules may include evenings, holidays, weekends and extended hours as business needs dictate.

Responsabilités

• Provide multi-discipline capability to repair, maintain, install and improve on film manufacturing and processing equipment.
• Calibrate process control instruments to tight tolerances using ISO calibration equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to achieve high reliability.
• Read electrical, instrument and machine drawings; modify PLC programs as needed.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and maintain ISO documentation.
