Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Vineland, NJ, is hiring a Controls Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and optimize plant-wide electrical, automation and process control systems on high-speed food production lines. You will troubleshoot, train Electro-Mechanics across shifts and ensure GMP and safety standards are met.

The role requires strong knowledge of industrial controls, PLCs, drives and networks, with hands-on maintenance experience and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Extensive industrial controls and electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLCs, drives, networks, and process control systems.
• Ability to read schematics and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant electrical, automation and process control systems to maximize uptime.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and controls-related failures.
• Train Electro-Mechanics across all shifts.
• Oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for PLCs, drives, networks and equipment.
• Ensure GMP, safety and regulatory standards are followed.
