Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Rancho Cucamonga seeks an experienced maintenance professional to train technicians in controls and electrical best practices. You will develop and maintain documentation for electrical and process control systems and support the Line Information System installation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–4+ years of related experience or an equivalent background with higher years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4+ years of related experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5 to 7+ years of specific experience.
• Electrical certification, Vocational certification or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training in controls and electricity to maintenance technicians to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain electrical and controls system documentation for installation of the Line Information System.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production electrical equipment from various suppliers.
• Assist with calibration procedures for process instruments and develop SOPs to maintain controls assets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide the proper training in controls and electricity to the maintenance technicians for the purpose of minimizing production downtime
• Develop and maintain electrical and controls system documentation and assists the controls engineering group with the installation of the Line Information System
• Maintain and troubleshoot production electrical equipment from various suppliers
• Assist with calibration procedures for process instruments and develop routines and SOPs to properly maintain the controls assets

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
