Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the weekend day shift in Covington, GA. The role focuses on electrical and controls maintenance for automated production equipment, with responsibilities including PLC monitoring, troubleshooting, and system calibration.

Ideal candidates will have experience with electrical schematics, hydraulics/pneumatics basics, and CMMS usage, plus reliability and flexibility to work weekends and various shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Electrical troubleshooting expertise.
• PLC/automation experience with production equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Basic hydraulics and pneumatics understanding.
• Experience using CMMS for maintenance documentation.
• Strong reliability and willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Electrical & controls performance of automated production machines.
• PLC/controls monitoring and ensuring proper function of components.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Controls repair and calibration of components and sensors.
• Mechanical support to maintain electrical/controls functionality.
• Safety stop procedures and corrective actions when issues arise.
