Oldcastle Infrastructure is hiring a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to support the production line at our Georgia facility. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of manufacturing equipment, with emphasis on hydraulic and electrical systems.

You will work with Process Technicians and Operators to troubleshoot issues and improve equipment reliability. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 5 years in a fast-paced industrial setting,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in a fast-paced industrial setting.
• Experience as a multi-skilled technician in extrusion or injection molding is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must read/write simple instructions and drawings; strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Removes and installs machine components for safe operation of production equipment.
• Troubleshoots systems to identify failure causes and repair solutions.
• Collaborates with Process Technicians and Operators to understand failures.
• Designs, fabricates and welds components or fixtures for equipment functionality.
• Records malfunctions and adjustments; conducts test runs for safety and quality.
• Performs routine analyses and recommends changes to equipment or test methods.
• Maintains cleanliness, functionality, and safety of maintenance tools and areas.
• Repairs building/grounds equipment and tools to ensure employee safety.
• Performs preventive maintenance and inspections as scheduled.
• Suggests changes to preventive maintenance schedules based on issues.
