Leoforce is seeking a Permanent Electrical Controls Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience to troubleshoot complex systems and improve reliability on construction equipment. You will work with Allen Bradley and Siemens controls, supporting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, problem-solving, and collaboration with project teams to minimize downtime and enhance safety and efficiency on site.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in electrical controls, industrial maintenance, or a closely related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens control systems or equivalent PLC platforms.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and interface with mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical controls and equipment.
• Diagnose faults in PLC-based control systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to guide repairs and installations.
• Troubleshoot integrated electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Support equipment commissioning, controls upgrades, and system modifications with project teams.
• Inspect wiring, panels, motors, and related components for safe operation.
• Document maintenance activities and diagnostic findings clearly.
• Collaborate with construction personnel and supervisors to minimize disruptions.
