DNV is seeking a Construction Quality Engineer - ICE for refinery projects in the Chicago area. You will provide daily field oversight, verify installation quality, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and ITPs to support Mechanical Completion and system handover.

The role requires 5+ years in ICE construction quality, strong collaboration with Construction, Contractor QC and Engineering teams, and the ability to read drawings and work packages while supporting testing and punch list

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in ICE construction quality, inspection, or supervision in refining or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience performing daily field walkdowns and quality verification.
• Ability to read drawings, work packages, and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily field oversight to verify ICE installation quality and turnover readiness.
• Review EWPs, Job Notes, CWPs, IWPs and participate in IFR reviews for constructability and inspection input.
• Verify ICE work is performed per work packages and acceptance criteria.
• Support Acceptance of Work through Mechanical Completion readiness and closeout of NCRs and punch lists.
• Support commissioning readiness and testing tied to ICE completion.
