Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Tiverton, UK, is seeking an Electrical Technician (PLC Training) to join a secure, permanent team. You will build deep expertise in controls engineering through OEM training in the USA, support electrical control systems, and contribute to new developments.

The role offers a clear training path, progression to technical expert, early Friday finish and generous holiday. You’ll work from Tiverton site, perform diagnostics, documentation and fault finding on machine control

Qualifications

• Electrical controls experience.
• Interest in progressing into controls engineering.
• Willingness to undergo OEM USA training.

Responsibilities

• Electrical control system work: diagnostics, troubleshooting, documentation and support to new developments (site-based).
• Collaborate with OEM partners and internal teams to improve performance, reliability and product quality.
• Operate within a 39-hour week: 7:45-17:00 Mon-Thurs, 8:30-12:30 Friday (early finish).
