Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Electrical Controls Engineer to support the reliability, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated production equipment.

You will work with Allen-Bradley PLCs, Rockwell control systems, SCADA, VFDs, and motion systems to diagnose problems, improve control reliability, and reduce downtime. The role requires hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with hands-on controls experience.
• 2+ years in industrial instrumentation, electrical maintenance, or automation.
• Experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley control systems and PLC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and interpret Allen-Bradley PLC code in Rockwell environment.
• Diagnose, repair, test, and calibrate instrumentation and control equipment.
• Support SCADA, HMI, DCS, and process control loops.
• Maintain electrical schematics, loop diagrams, P&IDs, and narratives.
• Lead preventive/predictive maintenance and root-cause analysis.
