  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years in electrical/controls engineering in industrial environments.
  • Experience with PLC programming and HMI systems.
  • Experience with electrical control panel design and wiring.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
  • Experience coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical engineering and design activities for industrial equipment and projects.
  • Coordinate electrical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design electrical control panels, electrical circuits, and wiring systems.
  • Develop and modify PLC and HMI programs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding electrical components, equipment, and technical requirements.
  • Prepare quotations and cost estimates for electrical components, equipment, and related work.
  • Develop and manage schedules for electrical engineering, procurement, installation, and related activities.
  • Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control-related issues.
  • Support installation, commissioning, testing, and startup activities as needed.
  • Communicate and coordinate with mechanical engineering, production, customers, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Ensure electrical designs and activities comply with applicable safety standards, codes, and company requirements.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
