Job summary

Massman Companies is hiring for Electrical Controls at our ADCO site in Sanger, CA. This role focuses on designing, modifying, and optimizing PLC programs, integrating complex control systems, and troubleshooting high-level issues.

You will mentor junior engineers, support customer service, and collaborate with engineering and assembly teams; travel to customer sites as needed. Strong experience in controls and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Automation, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in controls, automation, or electrical assembly.
• Demonstrated expertise with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley strongly preferred) and HMI development.
• Experience with motion control systems, robotics, and industrial networks required.
• Proven track record of successful troubleshooting and customer support.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading technical teams strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced electrical controls tasks, including designing, modifying, and optimizing PLC programs, integrating complex control systems, and troubleshooting high-level issues.
• Provide leadership in machine setup, debugging, and customer service both in-house and on-site.
• Serve as a mentor and technical resource to junior team members.
