COA Network Inc. is seeking a Lead Electrical/Controls Engineer to spearhead electrical, controls, and automation across North American manufacturing operations.

You will act as an internal consultant, guiding major capital projects valued at $5M+ while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with suppliers and contractors. The role requires 5+ years in control systems engineering, hands-on AB PLCs/HMI experience, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of control systems engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong electrical and controls engineering capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMIs, including programming and network communications.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership for electrical, controls, automation across manufacturing operations in North America.
• Lead Electrical/Controls Engineer for major projects delivering $5M+ value.
• Develop project scopes, specifications, designs, estimates, schedules, and justifications.
• Manage capital projects from planning through startup and closeout.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence multidisciplinary teams to milestones.
