Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of electrical controls experience in industrial settings.
• Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
• Advanced PLC programming experience on blank projects.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, sensors, and control systems.
• Experience with machine safety systems and electrical standards.
• Proficiency creating electrical schematics using CAD software.
• Experience with servo and stepper motion control systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain electrical control systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and automation equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Support equipment commissioning, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Develop and modify PLC programs and control logic.
• Create and maintain electrical schematics and technical documentation.
