Qualifications

• 2+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of electrical sub-components for power and controls systems, including 3-phase and single-phase power distribution elements.
• Support development of electrical layouts, schematics, and panel designs under guidance from senior engineers.
• Design hardware sub-components that match defined specifications and requirements, incorporating PCB layout best practices and EMI/EMC compliance considerations.
• Learn and apply modular and scalable design principles that prioritize reliability, maintainability, and performance.
• Develop component and assembly drawings, bill of materials, and supporting documentation using CAD modelling software
