Qualifications

• 2+ years of hardware design and validation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of engineering practices for hardware/software/networks life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of electrical sub-components for power and controls systems; including 3-phase and single-phase power distribution elements.
• Support development of electrical layouts, schematics, and panel designs under guidance from senior engineers.
• Design hardware sub-components that meet specifications, incorporating PCB layout best practices and EMI/EMC considerations.
• Learn and apply modular and scalable design principles prioritizing reliability and maintainability.
• Develop component and assembly drawings, BOMs, and documentation using CAD tools.
