Onward Search is partnering with a life science equipment leader to identify an Electrical Controls Engineer for an on-site, permanent role based in Monaca, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical and controls engineering with extensive automation experience.

Responsibilities include leading electrical and controls system projects, PLC/SCADA/HMI design and testing, on-site startup and training, and collaboration with suppliers and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 20+ years of experience in industrial automation and control system integration.
• Experience with PLC programming (Ladder Logic), SCADA, and HMI platforms.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and NFPA 79.
• Ability to lead projects and troubleshoot complex issues.

Responsibilities
