TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an experienced Electrical/Controls Engineer to design, program and maintain PLC systems across our North American facilities. You will lead safety initiatives, drive process improvements, and collaborate with operations to enhance reliability.
The role requires hands-on PLC expertise (Siemens STEP 7, Schneider Electric), strong AutoCAD documentation skills, and CMMS usage for maintenance planning and asset management. Onsite work in Morristown, TN is required.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical/Controls Engineer with strong PLC programming and industrial automation skills. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Siemens STEP 7 and Schneider Electric PLC platforms, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and CMMS software for maintenance planning, scheduling, and team coordination.
This position is located in Morristown, TN and 100% onsite
