The Electrical Controls Division Manager leads and develops the Electrical Controls Division at BSC Industries, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team engagement. This role combines technical expertise in industrial controls with strong leadership skills to manage workflow, oversee system design and troubleshooting, and drive departmental growth. The Electrical Controls Division Manager serves as both a technical leader and people manager, balancing customer responsiveness with long-term strategic initiatives.
Schedule: On‑site, full‑time. Travel: Occasional local travel within southern New England to customer sites (1–3 times per week) and occasional overnight travel (3–4 times per year).
