Job summary

BSC Industries, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Controls Division Manager to lead the division, ensure operational excellence, drive design and implementation of control systems, and grow the team while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field and 5 years of industrial controls experience with leadership. On-site with occasional local travel within southern New England.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related technical field.
• 5 years of progressive experience in industrial controls with at least 2–3 years in leadership.
• Proven track record in managing teams and customer-facing operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a diverse team including technicians and engineers.
• Lead design, programming, and implementation of control systems from simple to complex PLC/HMI setups.
• Manage quotes, production schedules, and rush orders while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot new and legacy industrial control systems and provide technical support to other departments.
• Maintain compliance with customer-specific requirements and safety standards.
