Experience in electrical assembly, control panels, or enclosures.
Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings.
Detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity.
Experience with terminal blocks, wiring, and components is a plus.
Reliable attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Build electrical control boxes and enclosures from start to finish.
Install components, wiring, and hardware per specifications.
Read blueprints and schematics to determine placement.
Route and secure wires inside control boxes and verify correct assembly.
Maintain accurate production documentation and keep work area safe.
